Beginner athletes will start in this class learning the fundamentals of tumbling and body shapes. Athletes will learn forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, beginning handstands, back bends and more.
Athletes that pass Level 1 will move on to a more challenging curriculum of handstand variations, round-offs, front and back walkovers and beginning backhandsprings
Students that have mastered Level 2 and can successfully complete a backhandspring will move to Level 3. Athletes will focus on series, whips, tucks, layouts and fulls.
